As an international student, currently with a work permit and after gaining one year work experience in canada I'm planning to go back to school in Canada. One of the representative at the Indian consulate was saying that if you have obtained 1 year work experience or more and if you're going back to school you don't have to pay international fees. You can pay domestic fees! Does it state anywhere on CIC website that you can pay domestic fees if going back to school after obtaining atleast one year work experience?

Talk to the University, I think that as non Canadian Non PR you will be paying international fees. CIC doesn't set fees, the University does.
