I give part of my income to my kids who live with My ex-wife ..but now i have gf who live with me and we are planing to got marry soon. She has 2 kids who live with us now as well.
Any idea if this will effect in the income iam paying to my ex-wife?
For example if iam paying 1000$ per month..so after i update my information to the court ( i have gf now with her kids live with me) ..is that possible to make the payment less ?
This is a family issue not immigration issue. You need to go to court to have your agreement reassessed. Having a girlfriend with 2 kids (who are not your legal children) doesn’t mean you will pay any less.
