Hello everyone, I am new to the forum.

I am a Canadian citizen living abroad and unable to get in contact with the CIC office in Mississauga . I am hoping someone here will be able to help me who was in the same situation as me.

I am in the process of sending my application to CIC to sponsor my spouse and I am not sure how to fill out the receipt .
I paid my fees online using a credit card that is NOT in my name and I recived my receipt which I printed out by email . I am instructed to fill it out with following information ; Name , date of birth , address , telephone number etc ...

Do I fill the receipt with my name ( am I the client? ) or do I write the name of the card holder ? I read all of the instruction that I could find on the CIC site but it does mention this.

I appreciate any information anyone can give me about this .

Thanks in advance .

I'd say the details of the applicant....

Either you or your SO. They will be able to match them up easier.

I believe this is the cardholder's info, whether it's the sponsor, sponsor's parents, etc.
