I have question, Please!
before application approve for sponsorship is it okay to pay for
Sponsorship fee ($75) and principal applicant processing fee ($475) in total $550

is there no problem to pay the right of permanent residence fee ($490) after approved the application?

The $75 and $475 fees are required to be paid before submitting the application. The RPRF payment can wait until requested by IRCC; note that not paying the RPRF fee upfront can cause a delay in your application.
