hi, I am preparing my documents for visa office, I worked a year under the NOC category, i have following things for my employment purpose
1) Employment contract (original)
2) letter from employer when I left in July-09 that time i requested them to put my duties on my reference letter.
3) I have payslips for 8 months with me,
I can't find other 4 do I need to send all the 12 or I can send >1 and <8 to visa office.

No where in the documents I have seen the requirements for Salary slips. As cal girl said she just sent last three salary slips, I think this should not bother you much
As far as you have reference letter mentioning your salary along with other requirements, you should be good to go.
