My friend is applying for FSW PR (lives in India), can I provide my Credit Card details (I live in Canada) for application fees?

Yes, you can.

You will have to sign in the section B (signature of cardholder) of the payment form & give it to your friend so that he can include it with his application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5620E.pdf
