Path to citizenship as a student in Quebec

As a PhD student in Quebec/Montreal, is there any way to apply for PR before graduating?

I remember currently, the CSQ is required for one-year full-time working experience. But in Canada, we can not work when holding a study permit.
Even though there is an investment immigration program, the process is very long..... longer than Ph.D.....

So, the only way in my knowledge is marriage.
