If someone did a One-year post-graduate certificate from Canada and after that 2 Years of General Arts and Science program with a Credit transfer in 4 months. Is this 2-year diploma considered for claiming 5 adaptability points under the FSW pathway?

What school is allowing that? What program is a 2 year general arts and science diploma? You have a study permit approved for this? Depends on how it is conferred and how completion letter reads. Ask your school that has agreed to it.
