Hello,

I just renewed my passport. all pages except for the first one are blank, Do I need to scan previous passports ( that includes the stamps and visas) for the Passport/ identity section?

For that section, CIC asks only for bio data pages. This might be needed for providing additional evidence to travel history section, not for the identity section.

I have a quick question after reading your reply here.

You mean cic wants us to upload only bio data pages for verification? Then what about the people who posted their reasons of rejections as passport incomplete? Do you think most of them did not upload the bio data pages of their passports which led to their application rejection?

Unfortunately, I did not upload one page of the stamped pages by mistake so I am really worried about this issue. I uploaded my bio data page, some stamped pages and work permit.

Some seniors gave me advice I'd better raise CSE, however, when I called cic call center the agent told me that there would be nothing I could do about this except waiting. I am so confused and frustrated.

Would you please let me know what I should do? Give me your opinion about this problem, please.

For the identity section, CIC asks only for the bio data pages. I'm not sure if CIC ever asks for evidences of travel history - they do ask for PCC(s) but those are personal history related documents. Can you confirm if you have a checklist item that asks for travel history evidence?

Sorry, just going a bit off topic. I recently renewed my passport as I didn't have any pages left on my old one. Just wondering how do I go about updating CIC about it? This has nothing to do with EE. I am on an open work permit and I need to tell CIC that I have a new passport. Should I just email them with my UCI?
