Passport uploading format

Hi,

I have a question about uploading passports. They ask to upload each page of passport that has stamps. I understand that I need to upload pages from the older passport as well since it has stamps as well. Do I just combine it into one document and have to passports in sequence? Or where do I upload a second passport?
