Hello,

I applied my TRV online on July 4 2017 and sent Ottawa my passport in July 5th. Yesterday morning i talk to CIC customer service agent and told me my application has been approved and the case is closed. But until now my return Xpresspost tracking number is not activated. I am trying to catch a plane on monday 24th next week. I am concerned when I can receive my PP. Anyone knows when will they send back my passport back? Is the tacking reliable? Thanks!
