Passport to CPC - Ottawa July 2018

Hello @sreekar545 , I am in exact similar situation and fedex delivered my packge to 2303 Stevenage Drive, instead of laurier avenue. Can you please let me know if 2303 stevenage drive is the right address? I have my flight next week and my father is unwell.. will really really appreciate your reply..

Hey @mo25, yes it was the right address. I got my passport back in a week or 10 days, I don't remember exactly. Don't worry.

Applied: October 19th
PP request: October 25th
PP mailed Via Fedex to CPC ottawa: October 25th
PP Delivered: October 26th
Approval notice: Nov1
Return track activated: november 8th
Picked up my passport: Today November 9th.

My GCkey has been updated with Approved message on Nov1st with Counterfoil number. I reached out to them yesterday and today they stated due to high number of approved application delays are expected. My schedule flight is on Nov 21st.. I'm so upset

How did you contact them to make an enquiry?

Yes even I sent it to the same address but did you check your Fedex proof of delivery along with signature - delivery location in my case was mentioned as 2303 Stevenage Drive - Ottawa, ON, K1A 1L1. It was signed by a person named S. GRENIER.
