I have observed that there are two processing unit in Islamabad for visa stamping one is "Visa processing unit (LDN) and second is "phep ldn immigrant". The processing time of second unit is very fast and people are getting back their passport in 4/5 days while the processing time of unit 1 is more than a month.
Please confirm who have recently send their passport and received back.

As per my experience LDN address section is equally efficient
I submitted them my passports on 24 Oct and got them back on 6 Nov. This period also included 6 non working days (2 weekends and Muharram holidays).

I submitted my passport on 27th October vis Jerry's Fedex. It took about 11 days for them to process and return to Fedex. For those of you who are experiencing delays and have chosen Jerry's, please track your passports via tracking Id on website address provided on your receipt. Jerry's is not informing applicants in a timely manner that their passports have returned. If your status says that it has been dispatched from Islamabad than its good for collection.

Yes we sent our passports via tcs its not that we have sent to the wrong address.Its only time taking.So anyone can tell us that how much time will it take to receive the passports after decision is made?My decision was changed to DM ON 31st October i sent my passports to CHC on 25th August.

As far as i have observed - TCS is fine. Timelines, CIC has its own criteria based on different factors, which we can only judge based on different applicants - i think its category to category, country to country and evaluation results of indivudal case. So we need to keep ourselves positive and look forward for the best for us. Good luck
