hi guys i got passport request on Nov 24 2017 and same day i had submitted passport on Nov 24 2017 .and my Account cic still showing submitted and i still didn’t get my passport

Any idea whats is the decision i am so worried now what will happen it was my 2nd attempt for work permit application 1st application was refused in july 2017.
