I have received request to submit our passports, this is what the mail says,
'Please provide passports or travel documents for yourself and each accompanying dependant, along with a copy of this letter, to the visa office in New Delhi. Please see the VFS Visa Application Centre (India) website for details on how to transmit your passports to the Canadian High Commission'.
When I go the the link, VFS site says the following process to submit the passport.
'In person/ through an authorized representative at the CVAC'
Does it mean this is the only process, I mean I have to go VFS office or is there any other process where I can send the passport directly to CHC office by courier?
I received initial request on 16th June to submit passports to Ottawa, I replied on same day. On 27th June I have received the second request to submit passports to New Delhi.

I did not mention much on my email, as the email body was having all my application details I just replied and let them know I am not in North America and cant provide North America return address, asked them for alternate option. CIC did not reply to that email they sent another email request to submit passport to New Delhi.

You will need to visit the Canada Visa Application Center - CVAC -(In your case a VFS in India) personally along with the required documents and pay by cash the passport transmission fees.
In case you are unable to visit the VFS office, you may appoint a representative to do so. In that case you will need to attach a completed 'Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) form too.
The nearest VFS office can be found on their website.
