Hi everyone.

I have received PPR on Monday and I was asked to submit my passport to the nearest VAC. In my Country of residence there are no Canadian visa applications centres, and the nearest VACs are Tunis and Istanbul. Is it okay to go to any of them VAC or do I have to go the nearest by distance?.
