Hi
I just got my ppr. I'm from nagpur india and have to submit form at delhi vfs.

I need help with following questions
1. Can my mother submit my documents on my behalf( as she resides in delhi) if I courier it to her?
2. If yes, my application has two dependents my husband and my 2 year old. So will I require to give a consent form signed by me only as I'm the primary applicant or do i need to send 3 consent forms signed by everyone, given one of them is my 2 year old son.
3. I have not been asked for appendix B as i have already given my biometric. So what all pages do I need to fill in the consent form

Help appreciated!!
