passport subission to Buffallo office in person

I received my passport request email from the BUFFALLO VISA office.

I am planning to come to the VISA office on Thursday August 19th 2010 to submit the passport and all required documents.

I have 3 questions:

1- Will the office be open on that day? Will I be able to submit my documents in person ? will I be able to get the VISA same day if all required documents Fullfilled?
