Passport stuck at IRCC New Delhi after PPR.

My wife got her PPR in Mid March, 2021 and her passport was picked up on 24th March and went into process according to VFS website on 30th March, 2021.
We have not received any update since then. Many applicants who sent their PP weeks after us have recieved ether a counterfoil or their PP back with stamped visa.
I have tried all ways, email IRCC New Delhi, Web Form, calling them but not getting any response from them. Even during this Delhi lockdown people are still getting counterfoils atleast. Any suggestions what we can do ?

Such shitty situation to be in. If our PPs would have come on time, our wife's would have been here before this ban happened.

When did you receive your passport?
Same situation happen with me. It stuck in IRCC for more than 20 days.

Passport received IRCC Delhi : Apr 10

No update. I have booked travel for my parents on April 30 in Hyderabad. I am kind of concerned now

It took 1 month
