Passport stamps translation for pr renewal

Hi,
I have lots of stamps on my passports from SAUDI ARABIA, UAE, Turkey. Do I have to translate each one of them as well as all the visas stamps.
The translation must be done only in canada or I can do it in saudi, then have the copies certified in canada.

Which application are you translating these stamps for?
I know at least a few companies who could do it cheaper than in saudi and even send docs there:
