Passport stamps translation for PR Card

For PR Card renewal, do we need to submit a translation for the following China stamps?

Apart from a few chinese characters, there is the word "China" in English and the dates are in numbers (eg. 2012-02-21). Does anyone know if we need translation for these stamps?

I am also looking for answer to the same question. Do we need to get Entry/Exit stamps at Chinese Airport in Chinese Language be get translated for Renewla of PR Card.
