Passport stamps on the back of a study permit

Hi, I got an interesting situation. When you submit passport scan to express entry, they ask you to scan every page that has visa or stamp on it. One time at the port of entry, canadian visa officer put an entry stamp on the back page of my study permit. Should I add this to the passport scan?
