Passport stamping & POE Letter - NDVO

I applied the Student Permit online on July 31st and received the passport submission request on August 15th and submitted the passport on morning of August 16th at VFS Delhi

1. How long does it take to get the stamped passport back from New Delhi VO?

2. Where and when do we receive the POE Letter?

3. Do we receive POE letter in email or is it attached to our online application or is it send physically with our stamped passport?

4. Can we fly without the POE letter if it gets delayed, somehow??

There is so much contradictory information on this forum on this subject.....any information would be highly appreciated

1- It takes maximum a week.
2- correspondence letter or poe letter will be sent to your online account. It will be there in a pdf form with uci number and other personal details. Not to worry if you didn't receive it before traveling to can. It will be issued to you again at port of entry.
3- it will be there on your gc key online account where you have been checking your application status.
4- Yes. You can.

Thanks for the response...For online in normal scenario when does the POE letter get attached? After visa is approved or after passport is stamped??

Most of the time. It is e-mailed to applicant gc key account after the visa stamping. Sometimes, It is together with passport submission request letter.

She got correspondence letter after the visa stamping
