I submitted application in 25 May. I have the passport request in 25 Jul. I am living in Norway and I have to send my passport to VAC London (UK) to get my visa stamping.
1. I wonder now should I go to DHL/FedEx to send the package? and how can I check that they have received my passport and sent to IRCC?
2. If I use the service of VAC London, how can I request pick up passport? I only find the bank information to send the fees. Also, As i researched, If I send to Krakow (where I gave my fingerprint), I do not have to pay the delivery fees. Is it correct? Is it only the fee sent to IRCC, I still have to pay the shipping fee right?
3. I heard that they are very slow, it may takes up to 3 months, but my semester starts on September. Will it be okay to authorize a person to come and collect it instead? Do you have any recommendations for me to have passport back faster

are you able to contact ircc? i don't know when should i move my flight. i book it on 8/september.

Can you share passport recall process you followed for London VO? My passport is received by London VO on 20sept and I have a planned travel on 26 Oct .
