My work permit has been approved and I have received my passport request letter. On the website it shows that I have two VACs near me - Los Angeles and NYC. I live in SF so LA is the closest to me. I created an account on TT Services and was trying to schedule an appointment but looks like I can schedule only a Biometrics Enrollment appointment?? Does this mean I should have to go to the VAC without any appointment in person and submit my passport? And in 2 weeks they will send it back via post(for which I have to pay Package Transmission Fee)?
