hello what is the step after AOR recived under parents and grand parents in which they say "your file is complete and in queue for processing" what is the next step and how long does it takes for the next step your answers will be highly appreciated and did u get your passport back?
 
How many passports in total?

It can take 3-4 weeks for visa issuance, if it was requested for visa issuance.
