So, I received my PPR 3 weeks ago and I sent in my passport along with requested documents the next day. I still haven't received anything back in mail.
In my CIC account, it still says that my application is in progress. There is no way to get in touch with CPC Ottawa other than email address and Case Specific enquiry. I have no clue whats going on with the visa stamp or how much more time its going to take.
I have already tried calling them earlier this week. All they say that they have no updates on the application. I believe they do have access to Visa Officers notes but not sure why they are not helping me out
