My PR visa processing is currently happening in India. I have been asked to send passport.
Currently I am in Canada due to some medical emergency to my wife.
Can some body please advise if I can send my passport to Canadian Consulate in India, New Delhi?
Also please advise if I can get landing documents from any Immigration office in Canada with out visiting India when I am Canada?

As written on the Indian passport its ILLEGAL to send passport out of country thru post or courier. You can send your passport with friends/relatives who are traveling to India and they you can post locally to ND Embassy..
I dont think you can get Landing Documents from Any Immigration Office in Canada.Landing papers will be issued from ND Embassy as far as I know...
Normally ND Embassy requests passport at very early stage and keep them.Send a letter or email requesting them you are in Canada and will send the passport at the later stage when ND Embassy is almost ready with issuing the Visa....Good luck
