Passport Send - From USA to France (Indian Citizen)

Pls can someone give answer ASAP.

Is it possible to send passport for canada PR visa stamping from USA to Paris (France) by courrier?
I am indian citizen.

I read so many different answers on that in this forum. Please let me know your view/advise or write if you have any experience on that.

I dont think there is any problem in sending the passports to Paris from US. I have also sent my passports from different country to another country for the visa purpose. I think there is a policy in India that the passports cannot be sent outside from India but from elsewhere I don't think its a problem. You can contact the local courier in detail about it.
