Hello

Canadian consulate in New York has approved my application 2 months ago. I sent my passport 6 weeks ago and still haven't got my passport back from them. They don't response to any emails or phone calls. Visa application center are not helpful. Any ideas on what to do? Anybody experienced the same situation with them? Thanks
