passport return within US---USPS ONLY?

HI everyone,

i just sent out my passport to LOS Angeles,but i used a self addressed UPS return envelope instead of USPS envelope, Is that OK?

i just searched, and got confused.......

Can you please tell me what are all the documents need to be included in the package ? Any payment fee is needed ?
