My parents applied on May 13, submitted Bio-metrics on May 22 from Pakistan. They got a letter today asking them to submit their passports to VAC. The letter doesn't say that they will get visa. What does this mean.? and how long will it take to get the visa now?
 
Looking at your timeline gives me hope, my parents applied on May 08 from Lahore, still waiting for PPR.
