Passport requested by CHC Delhi, got Medicals & RPRF

FSW case submitted to CHC Delhi on Mar 16, 2010 after approved by CIO Sydney. (AEO category)
On May 17, 2010, passport request , medical forms and RPRF fee has been received.

how long will it take now to finalize the case? wat could be the future decision on case now?
