I applied study permit online from india.But i already had visitor visa so i came early on visitor visa.Now i got my application approved and passport request.
Yes, you can submit your passport here. I did the same thing. But to get study permit issued within canada by mail you will have to wait long. I did request on 29th Jan 2021 to issue my study permit by mail but till now I did not receive it
