In passport request... do we need to submit old passsport also which was cancelled by passport office.... as i had new passport issued last year with current updated address and old passport was cancelled... pls clarify..

Only your New or Renewed Passport must be submitted to them please disregard the old one.

Yes thats about it. But just this afternoon this is also one of the topic in manila thread they decided to keep the old passport just in case. For referrence.
