Hello Friends,

I am an applicant for PR under FSW.
I have received passport request which requires a prepaid envelop. I live outside Canada and cannot find a courier that can deliver a prepaid envelop internationally. However, I have a relative that lives in Canada, can I ask him to mail the documents on my behalf and put his address as the return address? It will be different from my address on my application though. Will this be a problem?
