Passport Request - How Long?

Just got a passport request, but I have a trip that i need to take in the upcoming weeks.

How do i go about this? if i have already paid and booked for tickets, can i submit that as request for expedition?

You can raise a CSE and ask for it. If the trip is after 15 to 20 days, you should get your passport before that baring any discrepancies.

Write an email to the email address provided in your ready for visa email. Add details of your visit such as reason, duration, confirmed tickets, etc.

Does adding or sending email work? I have a trip coming up shortly and waiting for the approval letter. Thanks in advance.
