i have recieved a request for parents to submit their passport for pr visa stamping. My father is in india but my mother is in canada currently. My father is the main applicant on the applicant.
I am wondering whether they can submit their passports seperately in their current residing country such as my father is in india VFS and mother in Canada Ottawa ?

my father came here in canada and i sent both their passport to Ottawa. however, i did enquiry in india (by sending an email) and they mentioned i can send their passport seperately i.e. father in india and mother in canada as she is here. so, it is allowed.
however, the point to note is that primary applicant must do landing first. So make sure who is the primacy applicant and he/she do landing first than spouse who is secondary applicant.
