Passport request for my son and wife 2 days late submission

I received passport request and medical for my son and wife last April 12, 2019 And May 12, 2019 due date of the request letter... because our son is in Philippines and me and my wife is in abroad we have a hard situation to renew my son passport and when he apply it the releasing day is May 14 ....2 days late to the deadline request I don’t know what to do please give me some advice ... I will appreciate any advice that you will give ... thank you so much

Thanks for your advice ... I just wanna ask if they will refused our application if we submit the new passport of our son 2 days after the due date I am very worried because 2014 since we start applying for PR ... and now this is the moment that we are waiting for but again there’s another problem for our son’s passport releasing

The best thing to do will be contacting them. If they can extend the date to submit it, they will, but your best bet is contacting them immediately.

thanks for the advice ... Our problem about the releasing of my son’s passport are already done we ask request to the passport consular office to expedite the releasing and they released it last April 24 and yesterday we send it already to IRCC ... I hope that we receive good result...
