Sorry to begin this thread.
We received request for passport from VO BJ.
The only information provided is how to fill the airbill and NOT to send a cheque or money for the cost.
Does this mean that they will pay or that there is another form of pre paying?
In short, the airbill we send already filled out with the passport so they can return the passport to us does it need to be paid or not?
