Hello folks
I submitted my PR application back in may but my passport expires early next year. I thought it would be safe to renew my passport and I did got my new passport.

Now my question is do I need to inform the Visa office that I have renewed my passport

(I am expecting PPR soon)
Or

Should I just submit a Letter of explanation along with the old and new passport (if I got my PPR)

help would be greatly appreciated
