Mate, how is anyone going to answer this question in a meaningful way if you don't even specify what country you are from and where you presently live?
It wouldn't hurt to do some research on Google yourself - you're not the first person to get a new passport.

I understand that you are in India. You can get your passport reissued with the above changes at Passport Seva Kendra (http://www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink) within 48 hours. The documents required in this regard are
1. Address Proof (there are list of acceptable documents refer to the Instruction Booklet http://www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink)
2. Proof of Date of Birth (Check Instruction Booklet for more details http://www.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/welcomeLink)
3. Self attested copy of marriage certificate issued by Registrar of Marriage
You will need to carry the originals of all the documents and the copies can be self attested.
Refer to my previous post, it has the link to PSK which also has the Instruction Booklet, once you click on Instruction Booklet, a pdf file will download, you can search by the term 'marriage' in the file.
