My passport was re-issued by Passport Office (India) after I created the EE profile. The new passport bears a different passport number then the earlier one. While I am issued a new passport, I am also allowed to retain the older passport (number of which is mentioned in my EE application) with 'Cancelled' stamp on it. So, should I withdraw the earlier EE profile and create a new profile? or Whenever I submit documents post ITA, I explain this situation to CIC and present both the passports?
I am currently @ 454.
