Passport pick-up at VFS Manila

Hello.

I just received a text message yesterday saying:

Visa application, tracking ID No. 2020XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ? Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2020-03-03 07:06:53 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO.

Does it mean I can pick-up my passport at VFS already or should I wait for another text message?

I didn't avail the courier service and just submitted my passport 2 days ago.

You will receive another SMS similar below if it is ready for pickup.

Decision envelope for tracking No. 20191219xxxxxxx received on 2019-12-20 04:45:28 AM GMT Standard Time is ready for collection at the Canada VAC in Canada Visa Application Centre, Manila.

I also received a separate text message from a globe mobile number when our passports are ready for pickup.
