My passport renewal status is still "in process" and it will take anywhere from 12-14 weeks and I have 57 days left to submit my PR application under CEC (ITA came on Aug 5).
My question is I only have the digital copy of the front page of my passport and not of the rest of the pages with the stamps. Can I upload the front page, passport status available online, mailing proof, money order/bank draft, and a letter of explanation that I cannot provide the travel stamps until I get my passport back from US. Will this suffice the need?
