Hi. I am Shahnawaz Imtiyaz Malik, from India. My application of student permit for Canada was done on 01/03/2018 and it was approved on 07/06/2019. The issue is since after the approval it has been 18 days I have not yet received my passport. After several mails and calls at consulate numbers I have come to know that my passport is not been tracked by the embassy. Means the where about of my passport is not known. I am trying hard to contact and mail at all possible address but no reply is received.
Now that I have to start for my journey I need the passport which is missing. Where shall I complain for the same and how shall I get my passport at the earliest before my collage starts.
