Hi I have a question, we just get married this year and I want to Sponsor my wife as early as possible for us to be together, is it possible that i can apply her right away with the Passport she use is the old family name. not my family name yet. since in our country it takes 1 month or longer for her to process his passport to change it and she just got the passport last 2017 and it will expired on 2022.

Thats fine if you apply using her old surname since most of her other documents like birth certificate, Other id cards etc will have her old surname and you cant change those. No problems at all. U can go ahead with the application.
