I recieved and email that i have a new msg on my cic account. I logged in and the message says please submit your passport to continue processing your file making sure it has 1 empty page and etc.
However the final decision says not started and the status is open. WHAT DOES that mean?
I applied online from Jordan(citizen) i hold a U.S Green Card as well.
Does that me im approved? And i didnt recieve the introdu tion letter yet. Will they staple it on my passport or what? Why do they need my passport if the study permit is aquired at the port of entry
