Passport collection fee paid for TRV

Hello,

I have received passport request for my father. And now he needs to submit his passport by using online payment link on vfs website, but he already paid for the services at VFS chandigarh office rupees 3050 for two way courier service.
Can someone pleaae guide how much time it will take to collect his passport? Or do I need to use the link on vfs website and pay the fees again?

Click the online payment link. It will prompt if you have already paid. You need to upload the receipt and the PPR. Should work.

Hello @Susmit M i uploaded the payment receipt and ppr letter, and I had received the payment link to make paymnet that got lapsed, i did not make the payment since my father had already paid at VFS during biometric request. Can you please advise what should be done now to get courier pick up request?

I have written to customer service too at vfs.

Visa was approved on compassionate grounds. I had applied in May 2020.

You should go to VFS websire and use the webform. Should work. Otherwise wait for VFS customer service to respond. Good luck! and congratulations.
