Our Son already received his Canadian Certificate but will I need to wait for my wifes sponsorship to be approved before getting his passport?
Does my wife have to submit the passport application in Manila or can I do this from Canada?
The Guarantor needs to hold a Canadian passport but how will we get this if my wife is submitting in Manila? She doesn't know anybody there that has a Canadian passport.
